Levara

LEVARA brings life to the individual talents of three musicians whose paths feel less accidental and more inevitable. Formed in Los Angeles, the band unites vocalist Jules Galli, guitarist/producer Trev Lukather, and drummer Josh Devine—three artists whose careers had already taken them across continents before the universe pulled them into the same room.

Born in France, Jules Galli built his reputation through relentless touring and powerful performances, including time on the road as a background vocalist for Jane’s Addiction. His voice—equal parts grit, melody, and vulnerability—became the emotional centerpiece of LEVARA.

Trev Lukather, a Los Angeles–based guitarist, songwriter, and producer, brings a deep-rooted musical lineage and a modern creative edge. Beyond his work in LEVARA, Lukather has written and produced for artists including Halestorm, Billy Corgan, Dorothy, Hoobastank, Filter, and Blind Channel. He also co-founded the band The Effect with drummer Nic Collins, touring Europe extensively in 2024 to sold-out crowds. As the son of legendary guitarist Steve Lukather, Trev grew up immersed in the Southern California music scene—but LEVARA is firmly his own artistic statement.

Josh Devine, best known as the longtime drummer for One Direction, relocated from the UK to Los Angeles, where his precision, power, and musical intuition made him an in-demand collaborator. His chemistry with Jules and Trev became the backbone of LEVARA’s sound—dynamic, melodic, and unapologetically modern rock.

In 2019, LEVARA opened for Toto across Europe, a run that led to the band signing with Mascot Records and releasing their self-titled debut album in 2021. Momentum was abruptly halted by the global shutdown during COVID, and internal fractures followed. What seemed like an ending became a long pause.

Five years later, Jules and Trev quietly began writing together again. With Josh returning to the drum chair, the connection reignited instantly—as if no time had passed. The result is a reborn LEVARA: sharper, more focused, and creatively unfiltered.

In March 2026, the band will release three previously unheard songs from the original debut sessions—tracks featuring background vocals by Steve Perry of Journey and piano by David Paich of Toto. These long-buried recordings serve as a bridge between past and future, setting the stage for a steady rollout of brand-new music throughout the year.

LEVARA isn’t a reunion—it’s a continuation. A band that survived distance, loss, and silence, now moving forward with clarity, purpose, and unfinished business
