Soulbound

Soulbound were founded in Bielefeld in 2009. They describe their own sound as "We don't give a Fuck Metal": stomping beats, heavy guitars, aggressive synths, catchy melodies and lyrics that are dystopian and socially critical in equal measure. Somewhere between Neue Deutsche Härte and the synth-driven alternative metal of the late 90s, without clinging to its predecessors repetitively, but with refreshingly modern sound elements.

Their fifth studio album "sYn", produced by Chris Harms (Lord of the Lost), entered the official German album charts at number 11 in January 2026. Further proof of how strong their own community has become, following every release, every tour and every step the band takes.

After years as support for Erdling, Hell Boulevard, Heldmaschine, Mono Inc. and Lord of the Lost, and appearances at Rockharz, Wave-Gotik-Treffen, Amphi Festival, Metal Hammer Paradise and Summer Breeze, Soulbound today headline their own tours.
